Working principle
Analyze Set 3 "is a classic vibration screening system. The electromagnetic driver at the bottom causes the screening machine to vibrate vertically. The screened sample is periodically pushed upwards from the woven sieve, and when it returns to the sieve, it passes through the sieve holes and reaches the collection tray at the bottom.
The vertical action of the rules produces the optimal particle size for screening, ensuring that the sample is evenly distributed throughout the entire sieve. Because there is no centrifugal force, all forces directly act on the separation process of the sieve, and the horizontal acceleration can be almost ignored.
